Hypnotic was an Arkham Asylum inmate who used mind control powers.

History

During a riot at Arkham Asylum Hypnotic teamed up with Mad Hatter, Spellbinder, Crazy Quilt, Condiment King and Captain Boomerang. Amanda Waller trapped the group of six in a room and forced them into a fight to the death for freedom. During the fight Hypnotic, Mad Hatter, Spellbinder and Crazy Quilt all used their mind control powers, and the overwhelming amount of mind control made Hypnotic's head explode.

• This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the Arkhamverse video game series and is an adaptation of Hypnotic. The original character was created by Tony S. Daniel and first appeared in Detective Comics (Volume 2) #6.
