The Hypomen were Hallucinatra's underlings.
History
Hypomen are men from Hallucinatra's planet whom Hallucinatra did not dose with the deadly drug with which he plagued the rest of his citizens. Hallucinatra controls them, and they follow his commands. They primarily carry Hallucinatra's drug and administer it as commanded.
