Ibn al Xu'ffasch is the illegitimate son of Batman and Talia al Ghul.
History
In most of these other alternate realities, Ibn is sired against Wayne's full knowledge or in one instance directly against Wayne's will as his mother desired to enslave the Batman to her will. Talia kept Ibn's existence a secret from the Dark Knight, and Batman never learned the truth behind Ibn's parentage.
Ibn grew up mostly ignorant of his parentage until later in life when he was confronted by his father and grandfather and had to choose between the two lifestyles and attitudes. Ibn sided with Wayne and brought down his grandfather. While he decided to adopt his father's philosophy, he was more subtle and took an indirect approach. Ibn inherited his grandfather's vast empire and used those resources to help people in trouble. Additionally, he lent his support whenever Wayne calls upon him even going so far as to go undercover with Lex Luthor's MLF. He falls in love with Nightstar, the daughter of Dick Grayson and Starfire,
Twenty years in the future, he will attend Bruce Wayne's funeral in the company of NightStar and their children.

Notes
- The character of Ibn al Xu'ffasch was originally exclusive to the continuity of the "Demon" series of Batman graphic novels. He first appeared in the 1987 book, Batman: Son of the Demon, and has made subsequent parallel reality appearances in the Kingdom series of specials. According to longtime editor Dennis O'Neil, the "Demon" graphic novels are not a part of mainstream DC continuity, and as such, the adult Ibn al Xu'ffasch does not exist in the canonical DC environment.
- However, the Ibn al Xu'ffasch character has been inserted into the canon issues of the Batman series as a preteen boy with the same name and supposed background. The Primary Earth counterpart of the adult Ibn al Xu'ffasch, whose name is anglicized as "Damian Wayne", has appeared in within the canon issues of Batman starting with issue #655, "Batman and Son" claiming to be Bruce Wayne's biological son. Like his alternate reality, Damian is definitely the child of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul.
