Ida Vogel is Bonfire, a foe of both Black Canaries, Dinah Drake and Dinah Lance.
History
As a villain operating in Gotham City, Bonfire fought Black Canary (Dinah Drake) several times. Eventually, she was arrested and thrown into jail for over a decade.
When she was finally released, she swore to take revenge on Black Canary. Upon learning her enemy had quit superhero business to raise a child, she became Gotham City Junior High's principal.
Eventually, Dinah Lance became one of her students and Bonfire made her life a misery as Principal Ida Vogel. That wouldn't be enough, however, and she'd try a more direct approach by attempting to harm her physically under a third unnamed identity. As she constantly failed, she changed tactics once again and kidnapped the retired Dinah Drake. As expected Dinah Lance rushed to save her mother and a short-lasting fight ensued. Defeated, Bonfire got arrested once more.
