Incubated by Darkseid to create a race of warriors and regress the human race to their primal ancestry,Symian and Mokkari had their plan thwarted by The Guardian who broke all of their cloning equipment. Then Mokkari activated the Immobilizer to incapacitate and imprison him for further study.

Capabilities

The Immobilizer can absorb life-force energy,vitality and health of a person, and stock it up in its capacitors. Extended drain may result in extended [1] permanent effects or even death.
