Imperator was a Kheran Warlord from the House of Khull.
History
He came to Earth to stop the Shaper Guild from activating the Kheran Planet Engine that would terraform the Earth.[1] Or at least, that was what he claimed: he was actually under orders from his father to acquire the Planet Engine for the House of Khull so the House could dominate the rest of the Pantheon and ensure supremacy. He was tricked by Helspont into experiencing that he took control of the Planet Engine and accidentally destroyed the Earth along with it. The mental trauma permanently destroyed his mind, rendering him drooling and catatonic.[2]

- Kherubim Warlord Physiology: As a Kherubim Warlord, he is a rare type of "Enhanced" Kherubim, with abilities far beyond those of the average member of his race. According to Helspont, Imperator was powerful enough to kill a weakened Mr. Majestic.
