Synopsis for "Speed Freak"
Gross-Out crash lands in Manchester, Alabama and crosses paths with Impulse. Phil inadvertently steals Bart's super speed, and although he enjoys being able to run fast and speak normally, he knows he has to return the power and keep moving.
