Synopsis for "Arrowette vs. The Spazz"

Under the demanding direction of her mother, Arrowette battles Spazz, who was a bullied junior high student and pushed into a vat of chemicals at S.T.A.R. Labs, which turned him into a super strong monster. Spazz's attack draws the attention of the media, so Max Mercury sneaks Bart Allen out of school to try to resolve the situation.

Arrowette is eventually kidnapped by Spazz, but Impulse is able to save her. And Max promises to report Bonnie King-Jones to child welfare for treating her daughter poorly and putting her in danger.
