Synopsis for "Time Out"
Edward Dunsany has an investment in the upcoming toxic waste-dumping trial, so he hires White Lightning to punish the police and frighten the witnesses. Impulse, who has been trying to learn how to make plans, has resorted to writing down every possible scenario and carrying around a big stack of papers.
