Synopsis for "Lessons in Fear"

Impulse is tracking down the Tigers gang that shot Max Mercury on Halloween. The gang has decided to disguise itself as members of Supermen of America to cover up their criminal acts. A visiting Superman helps put a stop to the gang's activities. Bart wonders if he should follow Superman's new policy of working as a hero nonstop, but Max helps him realize how dangerous such an attitude can be.
