Synopsis for "Impulse, the Movie"
Bart Allen has mixed feelings when his friends decide to make a movie about Impulse. They got all the details wrong and, worst of all, cast Mike Ringer as Impulse and Bart as Dr. Bad!
While they're filming one of their scenes, several of Bart's friends begin to fall off some unstable scaffolding. At the same time, Bart's dog, Dox, wanders out into traffic. Bart decides to save his friends first, fearing that he's going to lose his dog. But to everyone's surprise, Mike felt inspired by the Impulse costume he was wearing, and he managed to save Dox from a semi-truck.
