Synopsis for "Sometimes a Hero"
Helen Claiborne's boyfriend, Matt Ringer, is trying to reconnect with his son, Mike, so he takes him, Helen and Bart Allen to a monster truck rally. White Lightning, looking to pay off her mom's bail, tries to rob everybody at the rally. Bart is upset that White Lightning broke her promise about using her hypnotic powers for good, and after a pep talk from Helen, he decides to become Impulse again and save the day.
