Synopsis for "Double Visions"

Shantay and Shanela Williams are twin sisters at the high school in Manchester, Alabama, and both are ventrilopaths — able to throw their thoughts at other people. Shanela, however, has begun to use her powers to terrorize anyone who gets in her way, so Impulse begins to investigate the run of high schoolers having psychotic breakdowns. Meanwhile, Max Mercury begins to investigate a mysterious development in the Speed Force.
