Notes
- Art (story pages): Newton (pencils) and DeZuniga (inks) pages 1-3, 23, 24, Tuska pages 4-22.
- Lee Travis' tombstone indicates his year of birth is 1913 and his year of death is 1981 (which matches the year of publication of "Whatever Happened to...the Crimson Avenger?"from DC Comics Presents #38). Travis' death year in this issue may only apply prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths and other subsequent timeline changes. The Shining Knight also noted that Travis died "two years agone", meaning that this issue's story actually takes place in 1983.
- The Shining Knight also mentioned that the Nebula Man hurled them into limbo "a third of a century past", meaning that the incident in which the Seven Soldiers of Victory disappeared[1]. happened at least thirty years ago, happening in 1953 or earlier.
