Synopsis for "The Terror of Mecha-Darkseid!"
Everyone has been thrown to the ground by Mother Box's explosion and Dreamer tries to explain that they are not enemies -- if they'd just listen to Mother Box; but only the Forever People can hear her. They gather around the Box, and chant "Taaru" and the Infinity Man blasts into the midst of the Lanterns.
Infinity Man offers to help Guy Gardner let go of his inner rage, and Guy does -- all over him. But Infinity Man spins the red bloody rage into what Guy hates most -- himself -- and throws it back in his face.
Seeing the battle going poorly; B'dg, B'ox and Stel combine their constructs and create 'Mecha-Darkseid'. Guy jumps into the control-room and battles a now-mecha-sized Infinity Man. Fueled by rage, they crash through an Interstate full of traffic into the Federal Building, which crumbles onto those below. Among the victims is King Faraday, who pushes a woman out of the way. He intriques Infinity Man, who knows that they will meet again.
The Mecha-construct breaks down, and Guy is knocked unconscious. Free of Guy's rage, the Forever People are able to explain themselves to the Green Lanterns, and they part ways amicably.
