Synopsis for "Resolutions"

Big Bear demands that the Forever People celebrate the ritual of New Years Eve in an attempt to fit in with Earth customs. The lack of temporal change at the stroke of midnight leaves Moonrider vaguely uneasy, and he wanders off to sit on the beach.

Serafina returns to visit her 'enhanced' human, Dr Skuba, who now speaks to ā€” and controls ā€” the water. He has drowned the two pool defilers, horrifying Serafina, who realizes that Skuba is a borderline sociopath. She tries to take back her enhancement, and when Skuba calls in a tidal wave, the distraction is enough that Serafina can remove the Cosmic Capsule that she had previously gifted him with. Now powerless, Skuba and Serafina are swept out to sea with the receding water.

She emerges and sits with Moonrider, kissing him before leaving. A jealous neighbor with knowledge of New Genesis follows suit, and when Moonrider chases her down he finds himself caught in an ambush by Sweet Leilani and her Femmes Fatales. They are agents of Lord Aagog and desire the return of the Yuga Khan. To bring back Khan, they require Dreamer and threaten to return and kill Moonrider if he doesn't help them enslave her.
