The Injustice League was a New new Gotham based supervillain team which formed after cataclysm that destroyed the city. They were rather successful in their efforts to control the city until they were defeated by Harley Quinn's crew.
History
Following the fall of the Joker along with the Legion of Doom's outside members losing interest in Gotham, the top five remaining criminals in Gotham (Bane, Riddler, Penguin, Mr. Freeze and Two-Face) decide to divide the island into their own territories after Harley refused to take control for a month.
Harley caused the deaths of Penguin and Mr. Freeze, while imprisoning Riddler. Two-Face and Bane took control of the abandoned territories, but were defeated.
