Instant was a metahuman bounty hunter with the ability to teleport.
History
After a bar fight, Instant was contacted by the Markovias, who hired him to rescue Dr. Helga Jace from the Freeland Police Department. At the FPD, Instant kills some police officers and releases Jace, teleporting away with her before Inspector Henderson shows up.[1][2]
Instant was later hired by the Markovia general Yuri Mosin to sneak him into Freeland so that they can steal information from the A.S.A., and to bring Lynn Stewart and Tobias Whale to Markovia after the crisis.[3][4]
