Iris West was just a regular citizen in the altered timeline.

History

When the Flash went back in time to save his mother from the Reverse Flash, he caused time to be rewritten after that point to create the new timeline known as "Flashpoint."

In this new timeline, Barry's mother was never killed, so his father never went to jail for her murder, so Barry was never adopted by the Wests. However, Iris and Barry went to elementary school together but never talked much afterwards.

Reuniting as adults in CC Jitters, Barry asked Iris out on a date to which she accepted. However, Barry began to regret his decision to reset the timeline and admitted his guilt to Iris before having the Reverse Flash go back in time and kill his mother again.

Iris, with the rest of this timeline, was erased from existence.
