Iris West is a reporter and the girlfriend of The Flash.
History
Iris West went on a date with Barry Allen in his apartment. When he left Iris was worried that Barry was taking too long and left him a note to meet him at court. After Henry Allen was freed Iris asked Barry on a date, telling him to call her.[1] Iris and Barry went to therapy together and during the session Barry saved a school bus from sinking at the Deerborn Bridge, irritating Iris who was complaining about his work consuming their lives. Once the session was over Iris and Barry travelled in a taxi to an awards show and Iris was interviewed by Cat Grant, but Barry once again had to leave to stop Captain Cold robbing a bank. Once the heist was over Barry ran to find Iris but found her packing to leave to her parents' house. Iris leaving caused Barry to go back to therapy and attempt to time-travel back to before the awards show, but accidentally went to the Midnight Circus instead.[2] When Barry returned from the Midnight Circus he was back in therapy with Iris and apologized for not listening to her, promising to be at the awards show with her.[3]
