- Irwin Hall was created by Steve Skeates and Steve Ditko, first appearing in Showcase #75. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Irwin Hall first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Hawk and Dove (Volume 5) #1 by Sterling Gates and Rob Liefeld.
