The Stone Emperor is a supervillain from Japan.

History

He was one of many villains deceived by La Encantadora into buying a worthless rock made to look like Green Kryptonite. It was stolen from him by Ivan Blackwell. He attacked a gala held by the industrialist hoping to retreive it. Superman showed them the rock was fake and took down the Stone Emperor and his army of animated rock creatures. The villain was arrested but vowed he would return.

Superman encountered the Rock Emperor once more, foiling a kidnap attempt. He defeated the stone armies and offered to help the villain reform, but the Stone Emperor declined.
