The Rising Sun was a renowned Japanese superhero.

History

His career was ruined by the Outsider framing him for a crime he did not commit. Breaking out of prison, Rising Sun made an assassination attempt on the Outsider's life, with the help of Mister and Missus Terrific, but was killed by the man himself.
