J'onn J'onzz, also known as the Martian Manhunter was once a superhero, now turned into Omega's tool for conquest.
History
At some point after the superheroes fell and his former colleague Batman became the villain Omega, J'onn was enslaved by Omega with the Anti-Life Equation. In order to enslave the entire world, Omega planned to use J'onn's telepathetic powers to amplify the signal so potently no mind protection could protect against it.
J'onn was kept in a sealed room in what once was Arkham Asylum in preparation for the broadcast, guarded heavily by Omega's men. On the day of the amplification, Wonder Woman and the Court of Owls infiltrated the Asylum and managed to open the door. However, Omega caught onto the ruse and closed the door, separating Diana from the rest. She then tried to free him, disconnecting him in the process, but J'onn fought back, using his heat vision to burn her. He then was reconnected and was in the process of amplifying the Equation, but Diana used a last burst of energy to bind him with the Lasso of Truth, freeing him. J'onn was later seen carrying an unconscious Diana.[1]
