JLA/Titans #3 is an issue of the series JLA/Titans (Volume 1) with a cover date of February, 1999.
Synopsis for "All in the Family"
Nightwing's team of former Titans confront Victor Stone in an attempt to remind him of, and restore, his humanity.
Meanwhile, Raven returns to Titans Island where she and Steel hatch a plan. Raven believes that Stone's soul still exists within the construct. If they can convince him to leave the construct, they can contain his soul in their computer systems based upon Stone's cybernetic nature.
In space, the JLA splits into teams to confront the threat. Green Lantern and Wonder Woman use their powers to create a massive web to secure the moon, then other heroes are able to push the moon back into its orbit. In addition, Warrior provides a distraction that allows Mister Miracle and his team to sneak into the JLA Watchtower.
In response to the Titan's appeals to Stone, his form slowly changes, cycling through his previous forms, becoming more and more human until he finally appears fully human signifying that his humanity is returning to him. The natural disasters on Earth suddenly stop, and Raven begins to transfer Stone's soul into the island's computer systems. But as the process starts, everything on the Moon begins to fall apart and the heroes have to take care of the debris falling towards Earth. It quickly becomes clear that the Titans computer systems on the island cannot effectively contain Stone's soul. Nightwing realizes that the key to saving Stone may lie in the Omegadrone, which Stone had previously assimilated. They free the Omegdrone and Nightwing has Omen teleport the Omegadrone to Earth. They believe the Omegadrone can contain Stone's soul. Omen follows the plan which leaves the Titans stranded in space. The plan works as Stone's soul possesses the Omegadrone, turning it into a gold form resembling Stone. He finally regains his full humanity. The Titans are saved by Green Lantern and return to Earth.
After everything is cleaned up, celebration takes place at Warriors where Guy Gardner reveals a statue commemorating the original Teen Titans ...
