Synopsis for "Legacy"
The League fight the monsters and one of their own, Wonder Woman, transformed into one of the very creatures they are fighting. Batman combats Wonder Woman while providing Kishana and Plastic Man to escape. Kishana and Plastic Man walk on, granted a moment's reprieve by the fact that the monsters are now too big to see them. As they walk on, ind a white elk - an intense symbol of wisdom. They decide to ride it to make better time.
At the resort, Jade and Flash are almost overwhelm by the monsters; however, the resort guests arrive with guns from the armory and shoot the monsters back. Green Lantern, meanwhile, is having more problems. He is thrown through a wall. Upon rising, the hotel manager slashes him, turning him into one of the monsters.
The elk Kishana rides is hit with a spear thrown by Wonder Woman. As the changed Amazon is about to attack them, Kishana is able to punch her off through her hidden power. Plastic Man is pulled away by a force of monsters, and Kishana is noosed and pulled towards the lake by unseen forces. The unseen force turns out to be a Plastic Man noose, held by Wonder Woman.
Meanwhile, Superman and J'onn do battle. Manhunter leaves to help Kishana. Kishana is choking when J'onn descends, grabbing Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman, however, proceed to beating him senseless when he explains that he has already faced annihilation, and understands it. In concert with Kishana, he hits her with his heat vision, which sparks her inner self, an avatar of fire, into life. In which Kishana attack the monsters at their core. A massive inferno rises from the Earth, and the monsters, for the moment, are annihilated.
The world is saved and those that were turned into monsters are returned to normal, but the burgeoning romance between Kishana and Martian Manhunter cannot be consummated, as Kishana's fiery touch is anathema to him. But if Kishana has learnt anything from the experience, it is that there is always hope; they'll find a way to be together. The Justice League thanks Kishana, and she realizes with William Hume and other agents of the monsters on Earth, she will have more work ahead of her.
