Synopsis for "Mind Over Matter"

The White Martians have altered Earth's atmosphere to inhibit oxidation, effectively eliminating their weakness of fire but also slowly asphyxiating all manner of Earth life. Heroes worldwide are trying to contain the ensuing madness. Individual Justice Leaguers are ambushed by Martians and only turn the tide when they team up. Once the Martian Manhunter finally escapes from his captivity, he swiftly destroys the towers poisoning Earth's atmosphere.

Several of the heroes are incapacitated but the able ones lead the Martians to the Fortress of Solitude where Krypto gives them back up and Superman's Phantom Zone Projector is kept. As the League attempts to teleport them away, the Martians gain the upper hand and instead send off the League, minus the Manhunter who ominously smiles.
