Synopsis for "The White Rage, Part 2"

In the aftermath of the Safe Haven Collective being blown-up, Superman turns himself over to the D.E.O., Major Disaster and Faith blame themselves, and TheAtom, Batman, Firestorm, and Manitou Raven try to find evidence to clear the JLA's name. Manitou Raven uses his magic and finds that no one died on that location, raising the question of what happened to everyone? It would appear that the Safe Haven Collective has something to do with the Clockwatchers, and the JLA is now being hunted by Axis America. As they start to assemble clues, the Batplane explodes.

In Virginia, Martian Manhunter continues his training with Scorch to overcome his fear of fire.
