Following a clash of ideologies, the Justice Society of America split into two teams. Most of the JSA's younger members created the Justice Society of America All-Stars, while the older members remained in the Justice Society proper. The All-Stars operated, for a time, out of the Star-K Ranch in New York. They would later re-join the Justice Society. The All-Stars were created by Lilah Sturges and Freddie E. Williams II and first appeared in JSA All-Stars #1. (2010)
