Synopsis for "Constellations, Conclusion!: Not in Our Stars, but in Ourselves"

Anna Fortune is in total disbelief because her spell backfired. Instead of sending the King of Tears back to the Subtle Realms, the Subtle Realms merged with the Earthly realm. King Chimera and Sandy go to save Courtney from Sorrow while the others keep the King of Tears at bay. King Chimera uses his illusion casting abilities to keep the inhabitants of the Subtle Realm busy while Sandy searches the courtyard.

In one section of the Subtle Realms, Courtney finds the real Atom Smasher strapped to a table and Johnny's facade of looking like Atom Smasher wears off. Johnny intended to manipulate Courtney's feelings for Atom Smasher so that she would demonstrate her true love by unknowingly kissing Sorrow thereby enacting the spell that would turn him human again. Sorrow comes up from behind with a blade to strike Atom Smasher but Courtney defends him. The transformation comes rapidly for Sorrow and he begins to feel unbalanced.

Courtney taunts Sorrow by saying his trade up for being human makes him vulnerable again to physical pain but Sorrow couldn't care because he missed so much of the simpler things in life like smells, tastes and touch. It took him a long time to find a spell that would would revert his intangibility because it would require the true love of an innocent with cosmic energy but it would also result in the innocent's death. Sorrow believes it was destiny that Sandy would be the one to curse Sorrow and it was Courtney who would free him from his bond with the Subtle Realms.

Sandy intervenes but Sorrow slashes at Sandy's abdomen causing him to bleed momentarily. King Chimera turns the tables on Sorrow by creating a projection of Sorrow's ungodly self and stares into Sorrow's eyes. With Sorrow human and his power used against him, Johnny falls to floor screaming with his eyes bleeding out. Sorrow tells Sandy to close the portal between the two realms because if he returns to Subtle Realms then he will survive. Chimera doesn't want to Sorrow to have a chance at survival but Sandy had to be pragmatic. Sandy asks Sorrow how to close the portal. Sorrow tells Sandy that a pure vessel like Stargirl must use his dagger which is blessed with the love an innocent, to pierce the heart of King of Tears.

Power Girl overhears the conversation and swoops in to grab Courtney who has taken the dagger from Sorrow. Power Girl drops Stargirl in mid air and Courtney cuts through the King of Tears' flesh with Sorrow's dagger. Courtney finds the King of Tears' heart and stabs it with Sorrow's dagger. The King of Tears roars in agony then explodes and Sorrow can sense that Courtney succeeded. The portal to Subtle Realm closes and everything from that plane of existence vanished.

Two weeks later, Courtney appears before her teammates with her Cosmic Rod repaired. Courtney tries to reconcile with Atom Smasher but he feels that they may need some space after what happened. At the same time, Atom Smasher starts to notice Anna Fortune. As for Power Girl, she approaches Magog and asks him if he wants to rejoin the team. Magog is considering it but then the two of them receive a message that Damage has been killed by Jean Loring who is possessed by Eclipso.

Synopsis for "The Inheritance, Part Five: Bahamian Trap-Sody!"

Liberty Belle and Hourman are approached by adoring fans while looking for an updated atlas. Icicle suspects that Liberty Belle wants the staff just as much as she wants to apprehend Blue. Hourman and Liberty Belle walk out of the American embassy to meet up with their reluctant partners. Hourman informs them that he has chartered a plane to the island of Santa Isabel. They all board the plane and head to Santa Isabel. Both Icicle and Liberty Belle read through the Sedgewick diary to decipher more clues. It turns out that the Tachophixyl is protected by three keys which were hidden by a loyal follower of the priest in 1690. The first key is in a shrine on Santa Isabel near the Bahamas. Icicle points out the area is mountainous and undeveloped plus there was landslide back in 1880 which cut off easy access to the shrine.

Icicle tells Hourman to land near a doable where the shrine is located. They descend to the shrine by using rope to climb down from the face of the doable. Liberty Belle points out that the shrine was built by a stone cutter whose family designed the 3rd Lateran cloister in the Vatican. Liberty Belle discovers the first trap in the shrine which is a pressure plate. Tigress also notes a miniature but valuable statue of St. John. Its designed to entice any thief to remove it and the removal of the statue would cause the shrine to cave in on itself. Jesse marks the pressure plate as well as others with chalk then tells everyone else to move forward.

They enter an empty hallway but Icicle notices 12 pressure plates on the walls which bare engravings of the twelve apostles. Icicle proposes that Hourman, Tigress and himself put their hands on one pressure plate while Liberty Belle activates the other nine super fast in a sychronized fashion. Icicle's plan works and a stone podium elevates from the floor beneath them. Liberty Belle uses her Latin expertise to decipher the inscription on the podium. The inscription says "One man alone if blessed by God will reveal the branch but must close the eyes of the king and follow the most humble path to reach the second door". Tigress notices a peculiar mist circling them. The mist physically activates one of the pressure plates and moves the St. John statue out of place. The entire shrine begins to crumble around them.

Icicle creates ice pillars to hold up the roof of the shrine while everyone makes a run for it. Icicle and Tigress make it to the exit but Liberty Belle notices that they have lost Hourman. A gate within the shrine cuts off Hourman from the others. Rick has no other choice but to use the Miraclo drug to gain super strength and lift the gate. Liberty Belle finds Hourman and grabs him before the rest of the shrine crumbles down. Icicle and Tigress climb up the ropes while Liberty Belle uses speed force to lift her as well as Hourman up the face of the doable. Both teams return to their hotel rooms in the Bahamas.

Tigress finishes taking a shower and lays on the bed with her shower robe opened revealing her supple body. Tigress tells Icicle not to get any bright ideas because they will be meeting the heroes in 20 minutes but Icicle figures 20 minutes is more than enough time to have sex and have drinks afterwards. Liberty Belle senses that Hourman used the Miraclo drug to escape the crumbling shrine because he has been resistant to her sexual advances. Rick tells Jesse that he wants to have children with her but he is hesitant because one dangerous side effect to Miraclo is it could cause leukemia and that's something he doesn't want to pass along to their children. Dr. Mid-Nite informed Rick that he needs to wait six weeks for the Miraclo drug to filter out of his body before engaging in sex that will inevitably lead to conception. Jesse embraces Rick with a kiss for being so responsible and thoughtful about the well being of their future children. However, Jesse tells Rick that she still wants to fool around a little before having drinks with Tigress and Icicle.

Both teams meet up for drinks and the men notice the glows in their women after 20 sensual minutes of recuperation. Jesse tells everyone that their next stop is in Paris. Meanwhile, Blue and his father Boris Hayes walk nearby to discuss current events. Blue brings up that his father has developed a photographic memory since his transformation. Boris says that it isn't eidetic because when he was a boy, he honed a mnemonic method that derived from the Ancient Greeks. Boris' illness has enlarged the hippocampus in his brain. Boris tells Blue to leave the heroes and villains alone. Boris wasn't pleased by Blue's rashness back in the shrine despite Blue's protests that he can find the Tachophixyl by himself. Boris wants the heroes and villains to figure out the clues within the diary then the opportunity to seize the Tachophixyl will present itself.
