Synopsis for "The Unborn Hour"

Rick Tyler trains in the JSA swimming pool. He has a sudden time-vision of Black Barax arriving in the near future. He calls an emergency meeting with the JSA to warn them. Mister Terrific pulls out a T-Sphere to learn more about the time traveling despot. Tyler believes he will attack Tylerco as they are currently researching time tachyons. He's worried the world may be exposed to information about time travel that it may not be ready to accept.

Elsewhere, Doctor Fate stands over his wife in a coma. He follows up on the clue he was given to check out Gemworld. He meets Flaw who knew of his coming. He tells him he's going to introduce him to Cutter, the man who made his Amulet.

The JSA arrives at Tylerco and prepares for Black Barax' arrival. Rebecca Tyler, the new CEO, is furious as they're just about to unleash a new experiment that has cost them millions. She's worried the postponement will be a waste of time. Black Adam continues to dig at Captain Marvel. Marvel tells him he believes he's never not been evil and will continue to watch over him.

They're interrupted by the sudden arrival of Black Barax. His drones emerge from his ship and attack the JSA members. Marvel and Black Adam are quickly overpowered by a lightning attack as Black Barax comes from the future where he knows all of their weaknesses. Barax announces the secret of the Tachyon are to be discovered somewhere else at a different time as he destroys the facility. When the lightning from Marvel his Barax's ship, Barax rushes back concerned the lightning will activate the Tachyons. They are suddenly teleported to a different location leaving the JSA confused.

In 1944, Terry Sloan was holding a man over a building and threatened him to reveal the information of the rendezvous. Suddenly, a lightning bolt hits the air and Barax' ship appeared.
