Synopsis for "Black Reign, Part Three"
In Kahndaq, Black Reign announces that they have liberated the country from their military dictator. The JSA argue how best to proceed with Hawkman attempting to take the chairmanship from Mister Terrific and he agrees to step down temporarily.
Atom Smasher is tormented by his decision to kill, as well as the voice of The Atom literally whispering in his ear.
The debate continues on the Steel Eagle and even into the Amulet of Anubis, where Nabu debates Dr. Fate on the ethics of Black Reign. Once they enter Kahndaqi air space, the discussion is interrupted by Black Adam destroying their plane and several JSAers being attacked mid-air by Feitherans loyal to Northwind. Atom-Smasher abducts Terrific and Doctor Mid-Nite, explaining that they are in the right.
