Synopsis for "JSA/JSA"
On October 30, 1951, Per Degaton has traveled through time to assassinate Harry S Truman and frame the Justice Society. Time-traveling members of the present-day JSA have teamed with the originals to stop him. The JSAs arrive at the White House at the same time as Degaton's Red Morgue army and they battle. Degaton uses a Time Disc to accelerate The Atom's metabolism, turning him into a human nuclear meltdown. Only Hourman can directly interact with the villain who exist slightly outside of time due to the Tachyon Hourglass that he carries. He gives the device to Atom-Smasher so he can attack Degaton.
Starwoman appears in the battle to inform her sister Stargirl that only the combined powers of Jakeem Thunder and Johnny Thunder can bring forth Thunderbolt to save The Atom and as she exits the battlefield, Rip Hunter appears alongside the present-day Hawkgirl and Power Girl who quickly turn the tide of battle. Both Degaton and the current JSA exit to the Timestream to minimize their damage to the past. Stargirl comes home to tell her family that she loves them. Degaton stands alone in the Timestream, dreaming of when he can return to Earth and watch members of the Justice Society die repeatedly.

- Rip Hunter mentions that there is a "knot in the Timestream" in 1985, and while trying to ride through 1985, Power Girl was strongly affected by it. The Crisis on Infinite Earths mini-series was released in 1985.
