Jack Oswald White is the man who (had it not been for Flash's time traveling shenanigans) would've become the Joker.

History

When Joker (Martha Kane) visited the man in the golden mask, she found him rambling about timelines and so coerced him into telling her everything. Martha in turn found out that she was not meant to be the Joker and that a man (supposedly named "Jack Oswald White") was, she then proceeded to visit Jack White. She found that in this timeline, despite Jack and his family's hardships, they were happy together, something that angered her deeply. She did however decide to spare them.
