Jack of Clubs is one of the members of the Royal Flush Gang, an enemy of the Justice League, but the suit of Clubs was never as prominent as the Jack of Spades. There have been several criminals using this moniker; the first one also briefly operated independently as Hi-Jack. Aside from the Royal flush Gang, he was also involved with the Secret Society of Super-Villains.
Jack of Clubs was created by Gardner Fox and Mike Sekowsky, first appearing in Justice League of America #43 (1966).
