Jackson "Rat-Eyes" Drake was a mobster native to the Antimatter Universe who failed to follow up a favor to underboss Lucius Fox.

History

He was forcefully delivered to Fox by Owlman, but Drake refused to repay a favor to Lucius when the time called for it. As a result, Owlman condemned him for breaking the "favor bank" by having Drake being incinerated by Ultraman.
