Jade (Earth-9)

History

The woman known as Jade is a Soviet agent of Meridian who has the power to turn her tattoos into living dragons. Along with Obsidian, Jade was only of the two known Meridian operatives out of the many unaccounted operatives that is known to date.

After Superman took over Earth, Jade and Obsidian switched their alliance to their new ruler.
