El Espectro was an enemy of Green Lantern.

History

Ancient spanish "conquistador" who was buried alive centuries ago near the Fountain of Youth, whose waters turned him virtually immortal. In modern times, he was freed accidentally but insane and confused because of the centuries of isolation. He then battled Green Lantern and Green Arrow.
