Deathbolt was an enemy of the All-Star Squadron.
History
Wanted for murder, Jake Simmons fled from police on an airplane, through the middle of a storm. His plane was hit by a lightning bolt and then crashed into a meteor crater in Arizona. Found by the Ultra-Humanite, Simmons is used as a guinea pig for him, that puts an electrical room in the battery. As a result, his body turned into a living battery, dubbed "Deathbolt," he became an ally of Ultra-Humanite, until his defeat to the All-Star Squadron.
