Chameleon Chief was a member of the Legion of Super-Villains.
History
Powers and Abilities
Powers
- Shapeshifting: Despite his default appearance and powers, Jall claims he is not a Durlan. His powers differ slightly from the regular Durlan powers.
- Molecular Reconstruction: Unlike other Durlans, Jall is not only able to change his own shape at will, but the shape of other objects too, though he needs to touch them.
Weaknesses
- Power Limitation: Jall cannot mentally "hold" an object in a different form indefinitely; the longer he does it the harder it becomes.
Notes
- Chameleon Chief (adult) appeared first in Superman's Pal, Jimmy Olsen #63.
- Chameleon Chief (teenage) appeared first in Superboy #208.
