Razer, real name Janine Fulton, is a member of the Mercs.
History
The Mercs were hired to fake the deaths of the Suicide Squad, but they were ambushed by the Fist of Cain. During the ensuing firefight, she attempted to carry Cheetah to safety, but was shot multiple times by cultists.
