Jason Burr is the twin brother of Jeffrey Franklin Burr, the mad scientist and terrorist known as Kobra.
History
He had a psychic link with his brother that led to him being recruited by CIA agent Ricardo Perez to battle his brother's organization.[1]
Jeffrey used a neural neutraliser to deactivate the link so he could have Jason killed.[2] Following Jeffrey's death at the hands of Black Adam, Jason was resurrected by the Kobra Cult as the new Kobra. He set about destroying all those who had taken Jeffrey as their savior.[3]

- Although this character was originally introduced during DC's Earth-One era of publication, their existence following the events of the 1985–86 limited series Crisis on Infinite Earths remains intact. However, some elements of the character's Pre-Crisis history may have been altered or removed for Post-Crisis New Earth continuity, and should be considered apocryphal.
