Jason Burr is the leader of the Kobra Cult, and the brother of Jeffrey Franklin Burr, its founder.
History
Though raised apart, Burr shared a link with his brother that allowed him to interfere with his machinations as leader of the Kobra Cult, driving a conflict between the two that resulted in Jason Burr's death.[1]
Emboldened by the apparent deaths of the Justice League, Kobra led his cultists in an attack on the United States of America's capital Washington, D.C., but was rebuffed by Superman, the Flash, and the Green Lantern, the latter of whom dispatched Kobra by upturning the tank on which he rode.[2]

- Kobra was created by Martin Pasko, Jack Kirby, and Steve Sherman, first appearing in Kobra #1. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Kobra first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in Convergence: Titans #2 by Pablo Marcos, Scott Lobdell, and Denis Medri.
