Jason Rusch (Arrowverse)

Jason Rusch helped Stein write an 800-page research paper, which was posted online. Stein disappeared however, leading the military to confiscate the F.I.R.E.S.T.O.R.M. research and leading Jason to become paranoid.

Jason Rusch, now working at Mercury Labs, met with Caitlin Snow, who wished to know more about the F.I.R.E.S.T.O.R.M. project. Jason explained a brief history of the project, also expressing his paranoia and wished to not discuss the project any further.
