Jaspar Crow was a corrupt United States Senator, whose holdings included several factories, mines, and shipping lines.

History

When the esteemed young senator, Tom Wright, rebelled against the older statesman's shady deals, Jaspar Crow had him murdered. The Black Condor assumed the dead man's identity, and continued Wright's fight against the wealthy industrialist's ruthless methods of bribery and intimidation.

After the entry of the United States into WWII, Crow collaborated with Nazi military forces operating in the USA, and negotiated directly with Adolph Hitler.
