Jean Smart (b. September 13, 1951) is an American actress who voiced Maggie Foley on Static Shock and portrayed Laurie Blake on Watchmen.

Jean Smart is an award-winning American actress best known for her television roles. First gaining attention for her starring role as Charlene Frazier Stillfield on Designing Women, she went on to appear in roles in many popular series, including Lana Gardner on Frasier, Floyd Gerhardt on Fargo, Laurie Blake on Watchmen, Helen Fahey on Mare of Easttown, and Deborah Vance on Hacks. She has been nominated for and won several Primetime Emmy Awards and Critics' Choice Awards for her performances.
