Jeanne Chu was the first president of the United Planets.

History

Eventually she was revealed to be corrupt and a reluctant RJ Brande was made president.

During her reign as president she manipulated the events that led to a war between Titan and Braal just so the United Planets could bolster their reputation as galactic peace makers. She also had Element Lad brainwashed, was the benefactor for the Fatal Five and framed vice president Winema Wazzo for her crimes.
