Sgt. Jeffrey "Goz" Goslin was a friend Captain Nathaniel Adam.
History
The two developed a close friendship in the years leading up to Adam's involvement in the "Captain Atom Project". Jeff Goslin was the godfather to Nate's two children Peg and Randy. In later years, he developed a romantic relationship with Peggy Adam - one that caused great tension between him and her father.

- Jeff Goslin first appeared in Earth-Four continuity in Charlton Comics' Space Adventures (Volume 2) #33 by Joe Gill and Steve Ditko. He was reintroduced in Post-Crisis New Earth continuity in Captain Atom (Volume 2) #1 by Cary Bates and Pat Broderick.
