Mad Hatter was a villain in Gotham City that based his crimes on the works of Lewis Carroll's works.

History

The Mad Hatter was one of the villains Batman and Robin fought when they were partners.

At one point, Mad Mod borrowed some food recipes from the Mad Hatter to use against the Titans, tricking them into shrinking very small and growing very large and destroying the town. Mad Mod was caught though and sent back to prison, where he shared a cell with the Hatter.
