Jillian Jackson (New Earth)

She was noted mostly for her ever-changing hair color (usually pink or blue). Years after Jill and Gar parted ways, she came back into Gar's life during a period when he was still coping with the betrayal and ultimate death of another former girlfriend, Terra. Jill helped him through some of his dark times and later attended the wedding of Donna Troy and Terry Long as Gar's date.
